Bill Hero is an annual subscription service, and we've designed things to make sure you'll get a full year of benefit
Your Bill Hero subscription renewal date is set to either the 12-month anniversary of your subscription start date, or the 12-month anniversary of the date your first switch is complete, whichever is the latter.
Each bill comparison results email that you receive from Bill Hero will also include a panel displaying your renewal date.
We'll email you 7 days before the renewal date to make sure it does not come as a surprise.
On the renewal date, our payments platform will make a new transaction to renew your subscription at the prevailing price at that time.
