It's becoming more common that retailers will offer solar and battery plans that have restrictions on system capacity. If you set your system capacity, then Bill Hero can filter out plans you'd be ineligible for.
It's now quite common that solar plans will include stepped rates or capacity limits that will impact the feeds-in tariff revenue that can be achieved for that plan.
For example, a retailer might offer a solar plan available only top households with solar system s rated 10kW or less.
Bill Hero has the ability to include or exclude these kinds of plans from your results if it knows the kW rating for your solar system. This information is not visible in your bills, so you need to tell Bill Hero directly.
You can do this via the Subscriber Portal
